TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

This role can be done remotely!

your main tasks:

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments; conferences, etc.
• Time and travel management (including visa applications, travel related documents, managing expense reports).
• Preparation of correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation
• Preparation of management presentations and statistics for internal and external use
• Reading, researching and forwarding correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
• Document and data management
• Preparation and updating of management reporting
• Representation of ad hoc support
• National and international correspondence with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, local and international authorities
• Strict confidentiality of information
• Creation and maintenance of various databases and reports and presentation of data for management purposes
• Management and organization of (pan-European/global) meetings and events

your profile:

• Completed commercial training or Bachelor's degree in business administration/management preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership team
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, demands and schedules
• Excellent and advanced knowledge of computer, internet and software applications (MS Office, SAP PR2, Concur)
• Proven ability to organize and multitask, including planning, scheduling and coordination
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressured environment
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Competencies
