YOUR ROLE

• Drive and support the development of Innovation Strategy and Technical Roadmap for the Metals SBU within Adhesive Technologies
• Implement and track strategies (corporate/business/functional-level)
• Plan, communicate and execute specific projects related to Product Development strategy
• Engage with all Product Development stakeholders in the Metals SBU and support communication and collaborate with top/senior management on all aspects of the organization’s initiatives
• Perform internal and external analysis/analysis of future scenarios to assess future business development
• Advance consistency and efficiency for processes and organization (Operating Model)

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategy or Business Development related roles
• Passion for Innovation and Sustainability topics
• Solid track record with regards to project management skills
• Robust communication skills and collaboration capability, team working oriented with ability to work independently
• Quick learner and business acumen
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience in Power BI, knowledge in statistical analysis a plus
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
