What you`ll do:
Summary:
At SAP, we integrate AI technology with extensive industry-specific data and deep process knowledge to create innovative AI capabilities for all SAP applications. In this context we are developing a comprehensive Knowledge Graph that connects SAP’s data models across our product portfolio with the goal of facilitating data access for AI, especially unlocking the potential of Large Language Models / Foundation Models and business data.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for managing this development, from the initial concept through to the delivery to customers embedded into our existing product portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders, the development team, and the marketing team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company goals.

The Role:

• Foster collaboration with internal teams to define and promote the vision of our Knowledge Graph integrating SAP’s data models
• Unlock the potential of using the Knowledge Graph technology jointly with Large Language Models for data access, extraction, and validation
• Proactively identify applications in existing products, partnering with their teams to integrate the Knowledge Graph, thereby amplifying its impact and value
• Lead the development and execution of compelling demos and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and potential applications to a variety of internal audiences
• Conduct thorough business value analysis, collect feedback, influence product decisions and shape the product roadmap

What you bring:

• Deep understanding of the Knowledge Graph technology stack (RDF, property graphs) and implementations (Apache Jena, neo4j etc.)
• Proven experience in product management of software products and the development of AI use cases. Experience with business applications like ERP or CRM is a plus
• Passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and ability to balance the needs of various stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Strong ability to manage internal stakeholders, identify use cases, and establish collaboration partners
• Exceptional teamwork abilities and leadership skills including track record of delivering C-level presentations
• Demonstrated capability in shaping product vision & roadmaps, creating product demos, calculating business value, and making impactful product decisions
