Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! We're on the lookout for a new team player to join our fantastic group of 5. As our Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll spearhead end-to-end recruitment in both tech and non-tech areas. Dive into exciting process optimization projects, shaping the future of our team.

What you can expect in this role

• You support and own end-to-end recruitment processes to help us build diverse teams in both, Tech and Non-tech areas
• You build strong working relationships with your stakeholders and collaborate with them to create appealing job profiles and efficient recruiting processes
• You formulate job advertisements and ensure their distribution on specific portals and job boards
• You support the team in Active Sourcing
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and will, together with the team, work on the optimization of our recruiting process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Take ownership of small projects that align with your passion and expertise, contributing to the ongoing success of our talent acquisition initiatives

Your essential experience and education

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment and first experience in finding and attracting the best talents
• Fluent in English and very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Great interest in technology and the curiosity to learn more about this area
• Excellent team player with great communication skills
• You enjoy daily challenges and working in a dynamic environment, but you are also enthusiastic about the administrative side of recruiting

• Full transparency: For this role, for the Talent Acquisition Manager role we have a salary band between 38600€ and 45000€. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
