Ready to make your mark? Our dynamic Talent Acquisition team of five is looking for a driven new team player. In this role you will own end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech functions, dive into process-optimization projects and help define the next chapter of our hiring journey.

What You Will Do

• Own and support end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse tech and non-tech teams
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and co-create compelling job profiles alongside efficient recruiting workflows
• Craft targeted job advertisements and manage their distribution across key portals and job boards
• Contribute actively to our Active Sourcing efforts
• Drive continuous improvement of our recruiting process to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
• Take ownership of small, passion-driven projects that advance our talent acquisition strategy

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced or e-commerce setting plus first exposure to talent sourcing and attraction
• Fluent English and very good German, both written and spoken
• Genuine curiosity about technology and a drive to deepen your understanding of the tech landscape
• Strong communication skills and a natural team-player mindset
• Enthusiasm for both the dynamic, people-facing side of recruiting and the administrative details that keep it running smoothly
