Here's an unparalleled front office entry point for a motivated and committed individual to join or Structured Origination team to manage the direct market access (DMA) processes. The DMA business enables energy market participants to trade gas and power in RWE Supply & Trading GmbH's (RWEST) name in the market place.

• Set up energy market participants as new DMA clients on the DMA platform
• Remove DMA clients from the platform should the service end
• Set up new traders and new trading locations plus amend trading limits for DMA clients on the platform
• Take over responsibility for commercial business relationship with DMA customers
• Manage requests from internal and external teams interacting with DMA clients such as Risk and Back-Office and brokers
• Monitor trades as they are booked on the platform and trouble-shoot associated processes such as day-ahead power auction entries, automated trade-booking mechanisms and DMA client trading-limit alerts
• Conduct end-of-day checks to prepare the platform for the next trading session
• Support the DMA team in all aspects of developing and managing the fast-growing DMA business

Your powerful skills

• Familiarity with the energy business and how energy market participants transact with each other
• High level of self-motivation and ability to take the initiative
• Extremely high organisational capabilities in order to help manage the multiple projects running concurrently to tight deadlines at any time within the DMA business
• Ability to work in a team: in our team we support each other and contribute to the team’s success with our strengths and knowledge
• Ability to take responsibility for a task until completion
• Fluency in English and the ability to write in English at a highly advanced level
