Your profile

We love to work with competent and ambitious people, so surprise us with your capabilities! To make sure we can start quickly, you should have a strong background in computer science and at the same time a sound understanding of economics and business processes.
Data-savvy by nature, you are able to connect your experience with current data engineering tools (i.e. Matillion, Azure Data Factory) and the demands emerging from data visualization requirements (i.e. with PowerBI or SAC). Your sound knowledge of SQL or common script related languages like Python or R is complemented by methodical understanding of both classic data warehousing and recent data lake concepts.
Your key capability is however to quickly gain and maintain an in-depth and mutual understanding of your client’s needs by communicating openly and using proven methodologies and tools to facilitate this process.

You love to work in teams, be it in our offices or at customer locations. You know agile methods and procedures like Scrum and Kanban by heart and you can create a working environment in which you are productive quickly. You have strong analytical skills and are able to deliver results reliably. You like to present what you created and your audience loves the way you bring them a step forward. To get in touch with our customer base efficiently, it is mandatory that you are fluent in English and German language.
