(Junior) UI/UX Designer

MUNICH

Your Role and Responsibility

You develop holistic UI/UX concepts / projects for our customers.
You understand user requirements.
You create sketches, illustrations and iconic ideas.
You create clear, brilliant and pixel perfect visual designs.
You conceptualize information architectures and interaction models.
You design high-quality and intuitive UI for a wide range of devices such as tools and machines with displays, mobile devices and desktop computers.
You create digital prototypes (click dummies) for evaluation purposes.
You perform usability tests.
You work closely with external SW developers, product managers and other stakeholders.
You support internal tasks such as business development as well as the further development of the Munich location.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

You already have some experience in user-centered product development - ideally in the environment of technical industrial goods or in medical technology.
You have a degree in user experience design, design thinking, interaction design or a related field.
You have first experiences in project management, have good presentation skills and can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
You enjoy planning, conducting and evaluating formative and summative evaluations.
You have the ability to integrate UX methods and design thinking approaches into existing development processes.
You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design.
You have the ability to balance design, innovation and usability.
You have basic knowledge of software development processes.
You think and act entrepreneurially and are very interested in developing new markets and topics together with us.
You are a strong team player and open-minded towards new tasks and approaches.
