The Compensation Partner will play a key part in implementing and administering Tesla's major compensation programs and providing excellent client facing compensation support. With an initial focus on Engineering and G&A functions, the Compensation Partner will be a key member of Tesla's EMEA and global compensation and HR teams, supporting the success of the function and striving for highest quality. This individual must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, advise business leaders, manage details, and deliver results. The location for the role is preferably in Berlin or Amsterdam but also flexible with other European countries.
