Your role

Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the BU Services & IQS strategy; define in this framework a data strategy focusing on providing iBase data, error recognition, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance
Manage on a global basis initiatives and cross functional projects in the area of device analytics encom-passing the whole IQS product portfolio (CMMs, X-Ray, Optical)
Ensure a customer first approach in providing data based insights adding value to the customer; be the voice of the customer at the interface with the Digital Service and Service Solutions teams
Build up close relation with the Zeiss Digital partners as well as with the IQS R&D Departments
Develop concepts, roadmaps and use & business cases for a value driven extraction, processing and anal-ysis of machine data
Enable new service business models based on the usage of device data and shape the organizational digi-tal transformation

Your profile

Master’s degree in a technology field (engineering, etc.) or equivalent
5+ years of professional experience in a leading project management
Multiple years of experience as a product owner in a scaled, agile development environment
Ideally you have experience in data analytics / data strategy
Some years international experience is a plus
Intrinsic curiosity for new digital technologies and services
You have experience in customer interaction, customer management
You have strong Analytic, strategic and communication skills
You can act as an ambassador for a truly global team set up
Business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
