For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

• Responsible for targeted and audience-aligned communication with team members and stakeholders
• Responsibility for designing and implementing technical marketing solutions for our international CRM and Loyalty Landscape
• Collaborate with your team to advise and consult our business teams on technical marketing strategies, implementations, and solutions.
• Take responsibility for various aspects of the technical marketing lifecycle (e.g. solution design, implementation, and operation)
• Identify and evaluate technical trends/innovations in the marketing domain and support in finding the right solutions and implementing them internationally.
• Train and support other colleagues, including junior positions or apprentices / trainees.

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• More than 2 years of experience in marketing engineering / martech, preferably in the retail sector.
• Extended experience with SAP Emarsys or similar modern direct marketing solutions support channels like email, app push, sms and print
• Very good knowledge in designing and implementing modern marketing technologies and solutions in an international environment
• Experience in the design/UX area, webdesign, html & css and webdevelopment would be much appreciated
• Strong technical affinity and the ability to handle tasks with high complexity.
• Your approach is characterized by analytical and conceptual skills, commitment, and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in both German and English.
