WHAT WE OFFER
Our CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) function is responsible for innovation and supply chain management as well as all commercial tasks of our business units. This includes the three segments Polyurethanes, Polycarbonates, and Coatings, Adhesives, Specialties.
At the Competence Center Chemical Catalysis, research is conducted at the interface between Covestro's research departments and university institutions, implementing the "Open Innovation" approach. Considering aspects of Green Chemistry, we develop sustainable products and processes.

You will support research activities in the areas of isocyanates, polyethers, polyurethanes, and Covestro intermediates.

We offer you the opportunity to work on exciting and promising tasks in the fields of catalysis, polymer chemistry, and/or organic chemistry.

Your expertise is required for planning and conducting chemical experiments as well as analyzing reaction products.

You will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting obtained data and writing experiment reports.

You will gain insights into the processes of industrial research and development and work in a multidisciplinary team.
WHAT YOU OFFER

You are enrolled in a university degree program in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field of study.

You have a solid knowledge base in your respective field of study.

Initial experience in a laboratory setting in organic chemistry or technical chemistry is desirable.
