Your Tasks
- Contribute to acquisitions, greenfield investments, and joint ventures that align with the strategic objectives of the EGGER Group
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various business units and external partners, including advisors, consultants, and investment banks, to ensure successful project execution
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential M&A targets by conducting thorough market research and leveraging industry experience to inform strategic decisions
- Support the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential opportunities and risks
- Aid in the development of detailed business plans, conducting strategic and financial analyses, identifying synergies, and clearly presenting findings to the Head of Corporate Development
- Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine the overall corporate strategy and enhance decision-making processes
- You actively contribute to the regular EGGER strategy process, helping to shape the long-term direction of the company
- Additionally, you are involved in strategic risk management, assisting in the early identification and mitigation of potential risks
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field
- International professional experience in a finance or consulting role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Analytical thinking and a self-driven, solution-oriented work approach
- Knowledge in project management with a high customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with sound judgment, resilience, and integrity
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commitment, sense of responsibility, and passion for M&A
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
