Are you passionate about project work, ESG and cultural change? Then you are at the right place! We are looking for an aspiring Project Specialist to drive the development of a companywide ESG solution.

Your contribution:

• You will take ownership of delivering an environmental-based project, which is part of the company's ESG strategy. You will be responsible for the success, the scope and implementation of the project.
• You will drive the environmental project companywide by managing vendors, developing and executing its communication strategy alongside managing the overall administration process.
• You will work with international colleagues and get an insight into the work environment of an international high-tech company.

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing/PR or a comparable.
• You have experience working on projects and are excited to apply your project management skills to achieve ESG company goals and drive cultural change.
• You are results driven, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and like to make an impact by contributing and implementation creative business ideas.
• You work collaboratively, have exceptional communication skills and can work effectively with a globally distributed team. You value diversity and inclusion and move well in a cross-cultural environment
• You have an interest in technology and are motivated to be part of a muti-disciplinary team with a mix of human capital, business architects and engineers.
• You are comfortable with MS365 toolkit (including SharePoint, Teams) and are fluent in English - additional languages are an advantage (Japanese, German, Chinese, Korean).
