We are searching for a motivated and talented expert in Perovskite Chemistry to join our R&D team. In this role, you will push the boundaries of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology and help transition groundbreaking research into commercial success.

Your Role in Driving Innovation

As a vital member of our international R&D department, you will play a decisive role in advancing high-efficiency tandem solar cell technology. Your expertise will strengthen our technological leadership and accelerate the path toward large-scale applications.

• Material Innovation: Analyze chemical structures and develop new materials to ensure the stability and reliability of tandem solar cells within our premier R&D environment.
• Chemical Analysis: Investigate interactions between tandem materials like Perovskite, HTL, and ETL, identifying the impact of material purity and composition on device performance.
• Failure Mode Identification: Detect chemical failure modes and develop effective strategies to suppress them, ensuring long-term solar cell stability.
• Global Collaboration: Support international production facilities in implementing material innovations, utilizing your intercultural competence and willingness to travel.
• Strategic Development: Design and conduct sophisticated experiments, evaluate results, and continuously optimize materials, processes, and equipment.

Your Professional Profile

We are looking for a proactive scientist or engineer with a robust background in chemistry tailored to perovskite or tandem solar cell research.

• A degree in science or engineering, ideally at the PhD level.
• Extensive expertise in material characterization and chemical analysis, specifically for perovskite solar technology.
• Practical experience with analytical methods such as ICP-MS, NMR, GC-MS, or HPLC.
• Experience in statistical data analysis and Design of Experiments (DoE) is highly preferred.
• Background in the photovoltaics or semiconductor industry is a strong advantage.
• A goal-oriented, systematic approach to complex problem-solving.
• Excellent teamwork skills, a hands-on mentality, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a beneficial bonus.
