For this journey, we're searching for a Webflow Developer to help us create high-converting landing pages and websites.

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Develop high-converting landing pages to drive our marketing efforts and customer acquisition.

• Collaborate closely with our Acquisition and Creative team to create visually appealing and conversion-optimized landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve existing landing pages and drive up conversion rates.
• Manage and update our existing website and organic landing pages.
• Implement best practices for on-page SEO to ensure high visibility and ranking of landing pages.
• Use feedback and web analytics to iterate on designs and enhance landing pages.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in using Webflow to design and develop websites
• Familiarity with other no-code website builders (e.g. Instapage, Squarespace) is a plus
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI, and on-page SEO best practices
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in German and English
