• Full ownership and accountability to drive consistent achievement of OTIF (On Time in Full) & OTIFQ (On Time in Full Quality) targets.
• Own and develop vendor relationships to consistently deliver on OTIF performance targets, lead continuous improvement activity to optimize the network and drive efficiencies to provide a best-in-class service to our customers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunity that will improve service to our customers driving operational enhancements and cost saving initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, trade compliance and customer service teams, to ensure seamless operations and alignment of priorities.
• Take full responsibility for managing the budget within your area, diligently identifying, and addressing any potential risk areas while proactively highlighting opportunity for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in high volume organization in logistics, transportation, and distribution center management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Must be able to anticipate customer requirements and proactively address issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Transport Management systems, Warehouse Management systems ,and Microsoft Office Suite.
