RECEPTION AND EVENT STAFF (M/F/D) FULL TIME

Monday – Friday from 8.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m

YOUR TASK INCLUDE

Warmly welcoming and caring for all employees and visitors of the building.
Managing lounges.
Organization and planning of team events.
Independend management, organization and processing of the reception area.
Handling orders and catering.
Providing support for conference room.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER

Teamwork and flexibility.
A passion for interacting with people.
Completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or related service sectors.
The willingness to always learn and create innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills in Englisch and German, both written and spoken.
Proficient MS Office skills.
